2nd Line Support Engineer
Salary/Rate – £22,000 – £25,000
Location – Ferndown
A 2nd Line Support Engineer is required to join an energetic and dynamic team of skilled and talented engineers within a young expanding successful IT business.
The role of a 2nd Line Support Engineer consists of providing 1st / 2nd Line support to our varied customer base whilst taking full ownership of issues until a resolution has been reached. Operating mainly in a Microsoft environment, experience with Windows Server 2008 onwards and up to Windows Desktop 10 is essential. The role will also require some knowledge of Linux paired with an understanding of Networking.
The correct individual will have at least 1 year experience working within an IT support environment. You will have a driving licence as travelling to sites within the Bournemouth/Poole area will be a requirement on occasion, If possible you will also hold an industry recognised certification such as a CompTIA A+ / N+, or an MCP.
